Program Fulfillment Manager

Equiscript, LLC is seeking a highly organized, motivated professional to join our team as Program Fulfilment Manager. Equiscript offers patients the opportunity to participate in a home delivery pharmacy service that is closely managed with their physician. The program provides convenience for patients and additional personal patient care to help improve their health outcomes and make their lives easier.

As a Pharmacy Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team that will be working with our clients’ staff to ensure program success; ensure the healthcare professionals are returning requested prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a group of specialists that will be building relationships, communicating efficiently and clearly, and working closely with the office staff of our clients via telephone and email. Our clients include community health centers and hospital systems. The Pharmacy Program Supervisor will report directly to the Director of Operations, and will work closely with our Inside Sales Team as they enroll new patients in the program.

To be successful in this role you must be able to create reports, trend data and identify opportunities and/or risks. This person must be able to demonstrate rapid problem solving skills and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships via telephone, email and video conferencing with the clinical and clerical staff at the client sites and pharmacies.
  • Ensure proper processing of all prescription requests.
  • Escalation of outstanding prescription requests that have exceeded normal response times to the Director of Operations and Client Relationship Manager.
  • Addressing client and patient concerns, problem solving, data collecting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting on outstanding requests and streamlining communication between Equiscript, our clients, and the home delivery pharmacies that support our program.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff on performance measurables.

  • Proficient in Google Apps or similar software

Desktop Support Technician (Part Time)

  • The successful candidate will provide support and maintenance on in-house computer systems, desktops and peripherals.
  • We are only looking for flexible individuals who are excited to fit in with our positive company culture and are excited about the challenges of working with a young, rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, phones and equipment to maintain optimal workstation performance.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Assist in providing end user training and assistance as needed
  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
  • Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs.
  • Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
  • Review data to determine omissions, inconsistencies, operational impacts and needed actions
  • Analyze data using MS Excel, Salesforce and the Meraki Device
  • Develop reports and deliverables for management using MS Excel, MS Access, SQL and/or Salesforce.com

Salesforce Developer

A Salesforce Developer has the ability to learn, analyze, and apply new technologies to help solve the challenges of the business. This person is responsible for developing in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visualforce and other technologies and has a strong understanding of relational databases. An ideal candidate combines a proven track record of individual learning and development as well as some knowledge of the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing internal and client facing solutions on the Force.com platform
  • Work effectively individually and with members of their project team
  • Design and develop solutions in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
  • Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as a developer and advanced developer
  • Ability to translate project requirements into detailed implementation plans

Professional Qualities:

Patient Experience Specialist

Are you looking for a position in a growing company where you can work hard, be challenged, and enjoy a new and exciting avenue in the healthcare field? If so, Equiscript is looking for you! We are looking for professionals to fulfill the role of a Patient Experience Specialist.

Equiscript wants passionate people who enjoy coming to work and being part of a team. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to bringing the best possible customer service to each of our patients.

As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will be under the supervision of your Manager and work alongside the sales team, health care provider clients, and our partner pharmacies to ensure that our patients get their prescriptions filled in a timely manner while receiving exceptional service.

Successful candidates for this position will handle customer service, monitor patient progress, communicate with multiple parties, handle medication fills and keep patients informed on the status of their prescriptions. Your work will involve research, resolving problems, using computerized systems to track and gather information, and speaking with patients over the phone. We are looking for detailed, personable, focused and passionate people! Does this sound like you?

Key Activities Include, but are not limited to:

      • Work as a team to achieve Equiscript’s Cause and Core Values, while providing customers with exceptional service.
      • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls.
      • Monitoring patients and making sure that prescriptions are processed, filled and delivered prior to need-by dates.
      • Communicating to the patients over the phone about program updates and expectations.
      • Helping patients to understand the importance of medication adherence.
      • Updating and Maintaining patient information and inquiries in Salesforce.com.
      • Identify issues that need to resolved and take corrective action, and escalate when needed. Ensure that patients are happy with the service they are receiving.

      • Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with patients.
      • An understanding of medical terminology and medications. The Patient Experience Specialist will need to be able to pronounce drug names and explain information.
      • A detail-oriented, problem-solving multitasker, who is driven by deadlines and can work independently after training.
      • Aptitude for computers and the ability to work comfortably in a phone and computer-based environment.

Preferred Experience:

      • 2-3 years Medical Practice or Pharmacy Experience with Customer Service Skills. (Experienced CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, Pharmacy Technicians and Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply).
      • Practical Understanding of Medical Terminology and Medications.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet use.
      • Saleforce.com experience and knowledge is a plus, but not required.
      • Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus
