Desktop Support Technician (Part Time)

General Description

  • The successful candidate will provide support and maintenance on in-house computer systems, desktops and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, phones and equipment to maintain optimal workstation performance.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Assist in providing end user training and assistance as needed
  • Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
  • Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs.
  • Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
  • Review data to determine omissions, inconsistencies, operational impacts and needed actions
  • Analyze data using MS Excel, Salesforce and the Meraki Device
  • Develop reports and deliverables for management using MS Excel, MS Access, SQL and/or
  • Assist in maintaining quality IS related data

Client Relationship Manager (Columbus or Cincinnati, OH)

The Client Relationship Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Client Relations to maintain successful home delivery pharmacy programs for our current hospitals and health centers. The Client Relationship Manager works to ensure program financial performance and positive relationships with our clients as well as their providers, office staff, program champions and site champions. The Client Relationship Manager builds relationships with members of the client’s team, who make or influence decisions, including senior executives. A successful Client Relationship Manager builds relationships based on trust and value, and takes on the role of a trusted advisor for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed business analysis of each client’s program, including projecting the number of future enrollments in the program and the value of the program to clients based on eligible patients, enrollment capacity and success rates
  • Addressing client concerns, solving problems, and resolving outstanding prescription delays
  • Monitoring and reporting program financial and operational performance
  • Determining and communicating enrollment specifications, such as how to identify the program to patients and what forms to use for enrollments
  • Developing ad-hoc reports and analysis in Salesforce, spreadsheets and other analysis software
  • Developing client requirements in collaboration with Equiscript Inside Sales personnel
  • Ensuring patient data and prescriber data is received, in collaboration with Equiscript information systems personnel
  • Collaborating with health center marketing departments on patient marketing materials and mailings, including development of mailing lists and management of campaigns in collaboration with Inside Sales personnel
  • Ongoing contact with the clients is an integral part of the position, with travel estimated at 70-80%.
  • This position includes being a problem solving liaison between Equiscript operations and the client stakeholders through constant communication in-person, by phone, and through email.
  • This will be a client success focused position, with performance measured by program financial performance. However, this can only be achieved through integrity, operational excellence, and patient care focus.

Professional Qualities:

  • Experience in healthcare, particularly physician practice operations and/or health system operations
  • Professional demeanor with ability to quickly develop trust, anticipate problems, and diffuse concerns
  • Competency in presenting client financial documents and complex concepts
  • Detail orientation including a desire to maintain complete client eligibility and communication records
  • Strong communication skills with persons of all types, including the ability to genuinely display warmth and empathy

Salesforce Developer

A Salesforce Developer has the ability to learn, analyze, and apply new technologies to help solve the challenges of the business. This person is responsible for developing in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visualforce and other technologies and has a strong understanding of relational databases. An ideal candidate combines a proven track record of individual learning and development as well as some knowledge of the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing internal and client facing solutions on the platform
  • Work effectively individually and with members of their project team
  • Design and develop solutions in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
  • Achieve certification requirements as a developer and advanced developer
  • Ability to translate project requirements into detailed implementation plans

Patient Experience Specialist

Equiscript wants passionate people who enjoy coming to work and being part of a team. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to bringing the best possible customer service to each of our patients.

As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will be under the supervision of your Manager and work alongside the sales team, health care provider clients, and our partner pharmacies to ensure that our patients get their prescriptions filled in a timely manner while receiving exceptional service.

Successful candidates for this position will handle customer service, monitor patient progress, communicate with multiple parties, handle medication fills and keep patients informed on the status of their prescriptions. Your work will involve research, resolving problems, using computerized systems to track and gather information, and speaking with patients over the phone. We are looking for detailed, personable, focused and passionate people! Does this sound like you?

Key Activities Include, but are not limited to:

      • Work as a team to achieve Equiscript’s Cause and Core Values, while providing customers with exceptional service.
      • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls.
      • Monitoring patients and making sure that prescriptions are processed, filled and delivered prior to need-by dates.
      • Communicating to the patients over the phone about program updates and expectations.

      • Identify issues that need to resolved and take corrective action, and escalate when needed. Ensure that patients are happy with the service they are receiving.

      • Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with patients.
      • An understanding of medical terminology and medications. The Patient Experience Specialist will need to be able to pronounce drug names and explain information.
      • A detail-oriented, problem-solving multitasker, who is driven by deadlines and can work independently after training.
      • Aptitude for computers and the ability to work comfortably in a phone and computer-based environment.

Preferred Experience:

      • 2-3 years Medical Practice or Pharmacy Experience with Customer Service Skills. (Experienced CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, Pharmacy Technicians and Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply).
      • Practical Understanding of Medical Terminology and Medications.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet use.
      • experience and knowledge is a plus, but not required.
      • Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus
