Inside Sales Manager

Equiscript is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team sales to successful completion of its goals. Our Inside Sales representatives contact and enroll qualified patients via outbound calling and order fulfillment for our home delivery pharmacy program. The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced salesperson and sales manager with knowledge of the healthcare industry.

This position will be responsible for hiring and training staff, developing effective sales strategies, working with Equiscript partner companies, and driving Salesforce workflow designs. This will be a metrics-driven position, with performance measured by patient enrollments, actual shipments, and business growth. These objectives can only be achieved through integrity, operational excellence, team motivation, and patient care focus. The Inside Sales Manager must be eager to use his or her skills in a way that serves our patients, and helps local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-energy outbound calling sales culture that ensures client, patient & staff satisfaction.
  • Drive accurate and timely initial order fulfillment.
  • Hire and train inside sales representatives.
  • Provide regular and consistent coaching, feedback, and development to Inside Sales representatives.
  • Develop sales team members as professionals, building their ability to effectively deal with patients and business partners.
  • Continually improve sales processes.
  • Demonstrate a professional, personable demeanor in order to build team camaraderie and develop external business relationships.
  • Support customer care including follow-up calls to patients as needed or as escalated from the floor. Close sales escalated from the floor. Resolve patient concerns.
  • Document and communicate best practices.
  • Communicate policies & procedures to ensure consistency in our service delivery model.
  • Develop training programs and ongoing education systems as needed.
  • Review lost patients to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide for adequate staff coverage of daily center operations based on call arrival patterns and outbound call success rates.
  • Work with Client Relationship Manager and Program Efficiency Specialist to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients and pharmacy partners as needed to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com workflows for call center personnel.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure that the sales goals and company objectives are exceeded.

Preferred Experience:

  • Five years or more of experience in sales and sales management in the healthcare industry (experience limited solely to pharmaceutical sales will not be considered)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus

Performance Metrics:

  • Minimum 16 ships of qualified new enrollments per month per sales agent
  • Minimum 5 enrollments per day per sales agent
  • Maintain 80 percent staffing level within your team
  • New patients shipped within an average of 21 days of enrollment
  • Enrolled patient retention greater than 97% per month
  • Averaged shipped patient value (formulary drugs) at or above the 6-month rolling average
  • Adequate staffing maintained to meet all client commitments as expressed in 340Blueprints – our client specific business plans.

Pharmacy Program Supervisor

Equiscript, LLC is seeking a highly organized, motivated professional to join our team as a Pharmacy Program Supervisor.

Equiscript offers patients the opportunity to participate in a home delivery pharmacy service that is closely managed with their physician. The program provides convenience for patients and additional personal patient care to help improve their health outcomes and make their lives easier.

As a Pharmacy Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team that will be working with our clients’ staff to ensure program success; ensure the healthcare professionals are returning requested prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner.  

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a group of specialists that will be building relationships, communicating efficiently and clearly, and working closely with the office staff of our clients via telephone and email. Our clients include community health centers and hospital systems.  

The Pharmacy Program Supervisor will report directly to the Director of Operations, and will work closely with our Inside Sales Team as they enroll new patients in the program.

To be successful in this role you must be able to create reports, trend data and identify opportunities and/or risks. This person must be able to demonstrate rapid problem solving skills and strategic planning.  

Key activities include:

  • Building relationships via telephone, email and video conferencing with the clinical and clerical staff at the client sites and pharmacies.
  • Ensure proper processing of all prescription requests.
  • Escalation of outstanding prescription requests that have exceeded normal response times to the Director of Operations and Client Relationship Manager.
  • Addressing client and patient concerns, problem solving, data collecting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting on outstanding requests and streamlining communication between Equiscript, our clients, and the home delivery pharmacies that support our program.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff on performance measurables.

  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

Senior Salesforce.com Developer

A Senior Salesforce Developer has the ability to learn, analyze, and apply new technologies to help solve the challenges of the business. This person is responsible for developing in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visualforce and other technologies and has a strong understanding of relational databases. An ideal candidate combines a proven track record of providing technical leadership as well as an understanding of the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, developing and implementing internal and client facing solutions on the Force.com platform
  • Work effectively individually and with members of their project team
  • Design and develop solutions in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
  • Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as a developer and advanced developer
  • Ability to translate project requirements into detailed implementation plans

Professional Qualities:
